History

The Sterling Garden Club was founded on June 1, 1934

by 13 women invited to the home of Mabel Schenk to form what we know as

The Sterling Garden Club

About Us

A Note from our President:

“Our club made great strides to return to normal club practices and business

after the limitations of the last few years.  Successful Greens & Plant Sales

were welcomed back by the community.

Now we must look forward.

It is apparent our objectives remain strong but with a greater environmental focus.

The club has a new website and Face Book presence with which to better

communicate. SGC should set the tone as an ecological support,

providing knowledge and resource for our community.

I look forward to these new ideas and a new perspective for our club.”

Thank you,

Mary Roy, President
